Pros
CSG is very client and employee focused. The company very conscientiously recognizes that its employees are its number one client asset. It is very focused on employee training and support. It is a very human place to work.
Cons
Many CSG employees work off-site on a staff augmentation basis for public agency clients. As such, its "corporate community" can be fragmented, and employees can sometimes lose touch with management and company culture while in long-term, on-site client service.
