I genuinely can say I enjoy going to work everyday. The management is very courteous of the work /home balance and they support opportunities for extracurricular training and education. The employees have all been great mentors.

Sometimes work can be slow. The nature of the business is such that work comes in waves.

Very friendly work atmosphere and you felt like you could ask anyone questions. Good work/life balance and good management team.

There wasn't much room for growth in the company. Along with the lack of growth professionally it seemed that income would be limited as well.
