      Pros

      Stable life for the seniors, opportunities to learn and one can learn as much as s/he wants to.

      Cons

      Good to start but some teams lack the enthusiasm for freshers. The learning opportunities may not always be harnessed due to work load and deadlines.

      Pros

      Comfortable salary scale with annual raises; good health care and dental benefits; small company "feel"

      Cons

      Surprisingly for a company with "computer" in the title, the business software is utterly arcane. Still working with Lotus Notes (yep, you read that right!). Hard to navigate 1980's software to get admin requirements completed.

      Bad HR management, poor task priority management, overworking, almost all people in charge are closely related by blood
