Horrible Workplace and even worse for tenants - Anonymous employee CSC Management Employee Review

You will not be there long. The company is run by a bunch of unporfessional, inexperienced people who avoid calls and are clueless on how to manage properties. They hire people only to let them go in a couple months so they will have an excuse to tenants on why the property is being neglected or to their vendors on why their bills not having been paid for months. I can't tell you how many companies have showed up to seize office equipment, printers etc or phone and internet being cut off in the office. Could barely work because something was being shut off. They use employees as scapegoats for their mismanagement and poor handling of serious safety issues. They have hired a total of 8 people for the same position in less than 2 years. Turn-over is through the roof. I can't believe this company is STILL in business. It is a crime the things they do there. They are constantly being served violations from the city, and public housing. Continual liens for non-payment and no urgency to handle tenant issues. To add insult to injury, they tell tenants it is because of the "previous manager" that things are how they are, as a way to buy time for not doing their job. Ageism is also a serious problem. Don't apply of you're over 30! Do not accept a job here if you actually take pride in your work and DEFINITELY DO NOT LIVE HERE. This company buys properties just to flip them and could care less about anyone's well-being.
