      This company is making improvements to properties that will enhance and improve the quality of their resident's homes. Employee ideas are considered as well from what I have experienced. Our Regional is energetic and motivates her Team. My Manager knows how to get things done and is right there with us working with our residents.

      Love my coworkers but not worth it

      Cons

      Very stressful, lack of communication, scheming, lying, left tenants in horrendous conditions, did not move people out to hold up occupancy.
