Pros

Absolutely none. There is nothing positive I can honestly say about this company.

Cons

- This is an extremely poor environment for anyone dealing with a chronic illness, with no concern shown for employee wellbeing or limitations. - Management shows complete indifference toward employees and provides no meaningful support. - Technical standards are extremely weak, with no real focus on clean code, proper practices, or testing. - The codebase is disorganized and unstable, where fixing one issue often creates new failures. - Leadership is not technically involved and often replaces real problem solving with unnecessary meetings. - Decisions are rushed, unclear, and poorly communicated, creating constant confusion and instability. - Good ideas are frequently ignored or dismissed, leading to ongoing frustration. - The overall environment creates constant anxiety because nothing feels stable or under control. - There is very little effort to help employees improve or develop professionally. - Suggestions for better approaches are usually ignored, making speaking up feel pointless. - Most people are just trying to survive the workload rather than build anything meaningful. - Growth and learning opportunities are extremely limited and poorly supported. - Work is highly unorganized, with teams often operating in conflicting directions. - The same problems keep repeating because there is no effective coordination or resolution. - Pressure is constant, but there is no clear direction or structure behind it. - Even simple tasks often turn into major problems due to poor systems and setup. - Motivation declines quickly because nothing ever seems to improve. - Many employees eventually leave because the environment is not sustainable.
