      Pros

      Very good Salary/Good Bonus Easy projects to work on (only working on schools) Flexible work hours Care about employees not a sweat shop. Alot of great staff and people to help you if you have questions.

      Cons

      K-12 school work is bottom of the barrel as far as interesting work goes. -Not alot of advancement opportunities for engineers. -A/E firm but mostly Architecture with engineering. Don't expect MEP type of firm. I put this as a negative as I don't see this as beneficial to an engineer. -Decent amount of travel time and field work. You are doing a ton of renovations of existing buildings. Not great for someone used to New construction.

      Pros

      Bonus structure Flex hours- as needed Free parking Health Insurance is covered at 80% With reviews; the principals of the firm allow you to be part of the process in terms of growth both personal and professional. Many company sponsored events and outings. Mentoring program. Employee referral bonus Monthly staff meetings- that provide financial profit data to all member's.

      Cons

      Currently we are at max capacity in terms of seating. We have hired so many employees in such a short amount of time. However, the firm is in the process of renovating our offices. Newburgh office does not interact as much as they should with our Albany office. We are one big happy family.
