Its hard to find help from leaders/management so you have to be ready to search for the people who are willing to help. They promise when you start that its easy to get a raise, but they will use EVERYTHING against you so it doesn't happen, from being late, to talking to much, to not meeting quota consistently, even if there aren't enough units to meet quota anyway.
