Decent pay, good benefits, pleasant office, great co-workers, opportunities for advancement IF you have a strong supervisor/manager
Cons
Over-whelming workload. Managers and supervisors compensation is directly linked to inbound call metrics and other automated reporting. Resulting in robotic management by numbers, instead of actively managing people and their unique skill sets.
