      Pros

      The people in my department are awesome and amazing. Outside of it? Not so much. The salary and benefits are pretty good. Lots of educational, training and volunteering options and we are encouraged to pursue each of them.

      Cons

      It's 2009. Yet we are still using technology (on the website especially) that was probably new, exciting and useful back in 1998. Now its just embarrassing. Marketing is useless for the most part.

      - Misaligned priorities between IT leadership and executive leadership, creating confusion and slowing decision-making. - Organizational dysfunction and lack of coordination among leadership teams, impacting execution and accountability. - Perceived favoritism and inequitable opportunities, affecting morale, trust, and employee engagement.
