      Pros

      Good pay and most staff are very friendly and hard working.

      Cons

      Far too many managers, not enough “workers”. Becoming a very toxic environment and that stems mainly from the top. CEO extremely arrogant and does nothing to fix toxic bullying from other male managers.

      Horrible ambiente laboral ,competencia , y sin empatia

      Cons

      No hay estructura , ni planes B , no se adiestra el personal tecnico, no tiene tools propios solo los dados por el cliente . Y recluta mucho personal joven sin experiencia ni conocimiento. Otra LUMA . Le doy D de deficiente .
