If you aren't all about a remote work schedule, this isn't for you. BUT literally, management staff makes every move to overcome any obstacles one may feel with a remote/solitary desk setup... monthly get togethers, staff meetings 2x/week, book clubs, community projects, open-door policy to reach out to anyone on the team encouraged, employee engagement teams, etc. This place is great.
