Pros

Good benefits, amazing PTO, a lot of fun corporate events

Cons

Low pay, overworked and punished for asking for overtime pay while being overworked, nepotism, cliques, claiming to be inclusive to all employees yet the leadership bullies employees who question their way of doing things and who do not fit into their cult-like environment, laying employees off for no reason, firing loyal employees to fit their ever changing prerogative, forcing employees to attend their creepy inappropriately religion based “leadership summit”, employees and leadership speaking ill of other people who have mental health struggles. The list goes on and on.

Pros

Health Insurance and 401k policies are both perks. Salary is at least on par or a couple thousand below public school positions. Good mission and ideals in theory. CS Partners has numerous connections through the community and is notable for hiring many young, enthusiastic teachers. Decent, or on par, resources provided to the students and staff under their umbrella of schools.

Cons

Opaque budgets, poor management, nepotism, very unorganized, questionable business practices, and relative inexperience of staff. There is little room to move-up, whether it be salary or job title, at CS Partners. Employment fluctuates far too much to guarantee security for their employees. Employees' wages are low for the amount of work that is required and expected of them throughout the year. There have also been numerous instances where employees were either laid off or had their hours reduced and health insurance cancelled with no warning for "budget reasons". Many of their schools have been closed or left to dry due to budget constraints which puts the staff, students, and families in a bit of a pickle.
