      Terrible communication. Never paid on time, support from management is zero. The company expect you to provide a good service but don't provide the materials to do it. No respect for staff members.

      Company car and fuel card.

      Cons

      Under paid, no salary raise, no bonuses and no overtime pay. Long hours, over worked. No staff recognition or progress within the company. Bulling from senior management. Worked really hard for this company in the end I was bullied, pushed out and treated very poorly.
