Pros
Great health coverage and benefits, fair wages. Not overly difficult or stressful. Good job position for the resume/stepping stone.
Cons
No room for upward movement or growth (personal or professional). Wages are decent but not great for the amount of travelling that is expected; if you're hourly expect a good portion of the year off without pay (many have experienced as much as 6 months a year off). Company is riddled with poor management, nepotism, and favoritism.
