They have decent benefits. There are a lot of opportunities to learn different skills than the specific ones that you were hired for. They hire veterans.

It can be chaotic at times. Switching tasks quickly can leave you confused and frustrated. The deadlines often seem impossible. Hectic schedules.

CRTS is a great place to gain experience and knowledge in engineering applications. I have gained a great deal of experience in desktop application development, electronic control systems, system automation, network communications, and electro-mechanical systems. This has been a great place to work for as a first job out of school. Great benefits.

The company does a lot of work in the middle east (primarily Saudi Arabia). There is about 30% travel involved in the work. The travel can be exciting at first, but if you're like me, this gets old very quickly. There is very poor communication between the sales team and the project managers. This causes many projects to be rushed and require extra hours. For hourly workers, the overtime can be nice, but there is a point (60+ hour weeks) where it doesn't seem worth it. The pay is not competitive for the industry.
