      Pros

      Benefits package is good. Employee discounts on cell phones and the like. Pay is about average with most other companies, but the expectation of work is a bit higher.

      Cons

      Management could use some tweaking. Often time the grunts are more in tune with the needs of the company than the seniors are. Corporate takeover of smaller companies forces them into an archaic mainframe server system that was designed in 1972.

      We appreciate this feedback, we also believe in putting our employee's in positions of power. We have put a significant investment into a formalized Leadership Development and Emerging Leaders Program. We have been pleased that 80% of Supervisor and above positions have been filled internally thus far in 2015.

      It's CRST no pros management is garbage

      Cons

      Site managers work 5 to 6 hours that's it but if you call in or leave early you get a point they can't manage a lemonade stand and can't do the job they give backing test to new recruits and cand back a trailer themselves lol
