Pros
Work is flexible and building relationships with the store staff is great, most are grateful that you're there to help.
Cons
Management wasn't great, they give you jobs, you put them in to be done on specific days and they change it without notification and ring you demanding you do another job urgently, very unorganised and management is very clicky, if you don't plat their games, you don't get work. The company would be great if it weren't for the management team. I did bring this up with HR but they turned around asking me what my motive was instead of actually dealing with the issues of their management. The staff turnover is veeeery high because of this which is a shame as they did have great workers who stuck around for years, having work taken off them because they were sick or because they had booked holidays and the management had no one to cover.
