Pros
Currently, The only pro I can think of is the ability to work from home due to the pandemic. However, the old laptops they provide work half of the time.
Cons
Terrible management. Crossmark promotes people who actually stay and move them into management positions even though they have NO management experience. HR is also a joke, they do absolutely nothing with complaints. Also, average work week is around 70 hours. CROSSMARK does not reward its employees: bonuses haven’t been paid out in years, benefits are terrible and they finally brought back the 401K option- which is a joke.
