Pros
Somewhat flexible schedule, I work a full time job as well, and when things go as planned (see cons below), it fits in well with my schedule. I have worked for another merchandising company in the past and Crossmark is far superior in how they operate. I do like the convenience of being able to work from my phone and I personally like traveling to different areas/stores. Be prepared to be more customer orientated than a retail job will make you be.
Cons
I have a supervisor who is really bad at communicating. He would randomly send me projects with no notice that were due that week with very little time to alter my schedule to complete them. I work a full time job as well with a non-flexible schedule and even though I made this very clear during my interview and multiple times talking to my supervisor, it didn't seem to matter. I would also be assigned a new area with no notice. Alot of the emails he sends out are very vague. Also, a shift lead in almost any retail store will make more than you. Some stores do not believe you are a rep (I had this happen in multiple locations) or may not believe they need a rep to do the work that their corporate offices pay us to do. I have had a store manager curse me out in the middle of the store because of this, so be prepared for that.
