Pros

I like what i do there.

Cons

This is such a horrible company. They are horrible about reimbursement for gas. i was told i would get reimbursed for everything over 40 miles but hat they dont tell you that its over 40 miles there & over 40 miles back so if you drive 80 miles you get nothing. if you drive over 80 miles in my state you get 30 cents. I was told i would make 11.75 because of my experience & then for my pc training get a 1.00 raise but theyre only paying me 11.23 after all my phone calls stating it must have been a mistake. Also they have super long wait times i have been on hold for 3 hours before i was able to tslk to somebody. They constantly flag my hours & hold my pay. Currently i am on the phone because i submitted my timesheet & they said it never went through when i got the confirmation. ALSO YOU HAVE TO DO YOUR OWN TIMESHEET. You clock in & out on a piece of paper as well as a tablet & you still have to put it in the computer or you dont get paid.

Pros

No pros working at crossmark

Cons

an honest example of your day, we will pay you for 15 minutes to run up to a Walmart. For that 15 minutes we will expect you to read instructions for any new changes, run in and check in with a manager, find our product, count our products exactly, go to the back room and find our products (which is by far the longest step), count our products in the back exactly, bring our products to the front of the store, take pictures and answer questions, remove all old products, stock by date, take pictures and answer questions. If this takes you 25-30 minutes, which is probably a more accurate accounting, we will still only pay you for 15. If you are lucky there may be another job that day, but if not you will be expected to waste your gas, drive to the Walmart that we demanded, and work that 15 minute job alone. In that case we will be demanding that you take an hour out of your day for $3.00.
