Pros

I had the opportunity to work with a young, energetic, and sharp team at this organization. The culture across most levels is collaborative and supportive, with people genuinely invested in learning and growing together. The broader senior leadership is approachable and encourages both professional growth and open dialogue, which makes the organization a vibrant place to contribute.

Cons

However, my experience with the COO was a significant challenge. Unlike the rest of the leadership team, the COO’s style was erratic and volatile, marked by micromanagement and a tendency to focus on fault-finding rather than offering support. Efforts from team members, including other senior leaders, were often belittled, creating friction and undermining collaboration. Plans frequently seemed structured to shift accountability to others, while credit was taken for minimal direct involvement. This eroded morale for those working closely with the COO and stood in sharp contrast to the otherwise supportive environment.

I haven’t encountered any challenges or drawbacks during my time at CRMIT Solutions Inc. so far. The company has provided a great environment for learning and growth, and I feel well-supported in my role. Looking forward to continuing this positive experience!

Pros

I came onboard due to the named accounts they had worked on as a subcontractor from Salesforce for their Professional Services.

Cons

They were extremely slow in responding to simple requests regarding ballpark pricing, it became apparent to me 1 mos in that they were more of a MSP than a SI consultant.
