Terrible boss who threatens legal action - Motion Designer CRITICA Employee Review

During my time when I first started my job as a motion graphics designer here, we had an amazing team of designers, illustrators and 3d artists to work with. People were collaborative and shared a lot of information and skills. Especially the seniors.

The draw back to the company was that the turn over rate was high. A lot of the good artists and seniors left the company because we weren't getting paid bonuses and were under appreciated us. And it was apparent when the company had to downsize the team as there was a shift in the way in advertising and broadcast motion graphics work. Budgets were getting cut for TV as the people started to consume more content from the internet, hence there weren't as much exciting projects.

Get to work with many interesting client brand improve my design, animation after learning from boss gotten my bonus yearly for pass 2 yr nice colleagues that are helpful that teach me learn how to work faster and more efficient pay increment after my improved performance dual screens are useful

tight deadline sometimes boss has high expectation when i just join in early 2017, had some nasty colleague that gossip but lucky that she was fired due to attitude problem to supervisors and clients
