Friendly environment, results oriented management, healthy reward systems in place. Other than that there is a good mix of individuals with above average IQ levels
Cons
Standard of new recruits is going down to stabilize attrition and to make the KPO part of the business more of a commodity. Work is fine but can be challenging to have it going in the right direction, you might end up as a semi-data entry operator.
