Pros

Some really cool people working at Crexi. Lots of food and snacks, but a lot of other companies have that too. The partying and the drinking are the highlights. Nice that other 'supplements' available too if you know who to ask or are in the with the 'It' crowd. Cool happy hours and after parties.

Cons

Poor training for employees and basic training for Managers. Get it or get out mentality. Fratty and clique culture. The Miami leadership is a joke, but because they grind like a toxic military, they get rewarded and bonuses to churn staff. Massive losses on the Exec and senior leaderships team in the last year- not sure if Crexi is going to make it, Thats always a bad sign
