Pros

CREATION.co is a company which focuses hard on purpose and making a difference to the clients it serves. The team are friendly and are often willing to help as well as take advise from all members of the team. One particular aspect that I like is that all suggestions for improvements, no matter who shares these, are taken into consideration. All team members are encouraged to take as much ownership in solving and contributing to positive client outcomes, regardless of level. I have seen an associate director learn from a graduate in such a positive way, and that is just one example of many I have experienced since arriving here at CREATION.co

Cons

The company could be a little more flexible with the on-off-site working arrangements policy wise, however, having said that discussing this with your line manager shows a willingness beyond the formal policy to accommodate life events as and when they happen, I guess with all of these type of arrangements good communication and the openness of management to accommodate you is key.

Pros

I made some really good friendships among my peers in junior roles in the company. Most of them have also left the company at this point.

Cons

Although not publicly acknowledged, Creation hires almost exclusively from one religious background, and expects participation from all it's employees in a narrow (and somewhat extreme) interpretation of that faith practice. This has included encouraging all members of the company to take part in fasts, and the 'Chief Spiritual Officer' of the organisation leading bible studies in which he has made homophobic and sexist comments. They claim to practice the values of 'love, service, and excellence'; instead they weaponise these values to make employees never feel good enough regardless of the level of their performance - burnout is extremely common in this organisation. Staff are encouraged to bring their whole self into work and share their concerns directly with SLT and the CEO. Unfortunately any honesty from staff is commonly used against them and sharing any criticism will initially be stonewalled and ignored. If the staff member continues to persist with their concerns, even when shared by the majority of the junior staff, the messenger becomes villainised and forced out of the company.
