Pros

The Individuals working there are kind enough, and they understand the situation they were in at the time.

Cons

I was told it was a Design internship, but then it became a QA internship, so it felt like a bait-and-switch. The projects I worked on were simple mobile ports that were clones of other games, and they didn't have a chance to try anything new. Looking back, there was little structure and everything felt disorganized.

Pros

The team is very talented, but small. Casual dress code, within walking distance of commuter train station.

Cons

Poor HR policy, they lose people easilymaking quality games was not a priority. Company leadership routinely misleads investors, employees and interns junior employees are held accountable for mistakes made by upper management and senior employees

Pros

-While there were only a few of us, the people I met at Creat were awesome -Small companies like Creat make for decent starter points into the industry, both for interns and new grads -The size of the company allowed for you take on many responsibilities

Cons

-Once management makes a decision, that's it. There's no point in discussing it any further, because nothing will change, and you will only frustrate yourself. -The constantly changing design direction meant that hardly anything got done, and lots of work was wasted.
