Literally nothing. Everything they had in place to promote good work culture, family company values, class. They only reserve for the highest earners up top still. They same characters that have been with the company forever

Everything! You will work for literally nothing. Even management and VP will try to get you do things for free so that they get paid bonus. They set the lowest bar for the people they need most which are the hosts. I wish I could rate even lower. Run don't walk.

some managment can be nice, WFH is flexible

Pay is absolutely horrendous! No room for growth with this company. You get micromanaged ALL the time. Some of the PM's are just high off their horses and lazy to do anything. If there's no work to do, your hours get cut, meaning less pay on payday.
