7yWe appreciate you taking the time to express your concerns. Employees are encouraged to take care of their health and wellbeing which includes taking prescribed medication as indicated by their physician. As a practice we don’t impose any biases to those who are under the care of a physician.
We promote a culture of transparency and accountability. Our leaders across the organization conduct routine audits to ensure employees are properly servicing our customers. We uphold our leaders and employees to adhere to our company core values to ensure we provide effortless service internally and externally. Our organization is one that respects each other as we continuously work to put the most skilled players at every position within the organization.
The Human Resources department understands our associates are our number one priority. We have high standards when responding to emails and phone calls. HR continues to strive to sustain our established service level agreements.
