      Pros

      CRC always provides a changing and challenging environments dealing with so many clients, We have great Customers that continue to help us grow not only technically but also financially. The Team at CRC is solid and we may argue at times but at the end of the day we are a TEAM. The owner is always fair and open and willing to hear feedback and suggestions to make things better.

      Cons

      Having been in the I.T field for over 20yrs there is no place that is perfect and I may get frustrated at times but I don't see it being any different any place else based off from previous employment.

      Really enjoyed working with the team at CRC Data Technologies. Great leadership and collaboration. Weekly meetings to keep everyone working together to deliver great solutions and value to our clients. Good flexibility in scheduling tasks and projects. Family oriented company. Opportunity to learn the latest technologies and get great hands on experiencing in a variety of industries. Leadership does a great job of helping you find what you're good at and improve as a professional. They provided me opportunities for valuable IT certifications and the ability to go to conferences and networking events. The best job I have had!

      Cons

      Most of the challenges I had have been resolved as leadership is always willing to have an honest conversation and do everything they can to keep their people happy. They are very reasonable.
