Good pay, enjoyed helping to take care for veterans. I loved caring for the veterans. It was an honor.
Cons
Horrible benefits, 401k not matched. Better employees get treated the worse. Management does not care about employees. Only care about getting paid. No bonuses, no Christmas, nothing. Employees run the show.
