      Pros

      Quick hiring decision, competitive pay and contracts were not inhibited by HQ in terms of work for the client. Excellent software and resources available to the contract in order to do the work needed for the contract. Also the benefits were very good.

      Cons

      Anyone not management is expendable for supervisors have an agenda. Management tolerated and or enabled harassment and unprofessional behavior at the workplace. Their Inability to properly manage a contract can result in budget cuts and or loss of employment.
