Great overall opportunity. -Work on decent-sized deals -Right behind the top 3-4 or so advisory shops, so lots of meaningful experience/smaller teams, meanwhile, feels like you're at a reputable organization -Holiday retreats at vacation spots

-Can be make or break based on which projects or MDs you are assigned to -Great people on one hand, but also can be staffed with untrustworthy MDs. In my experience, certain MDs prioritized their own interests over the team’s success and back-stabbed -Like any other corporate consultant practice growing too fast, people look out for themselves. Not collegial. Feedback inconsistent.
