Pros

Honestly, I can’t think of any positives right now.

Cons

It’s been really disappointing and discouraging to see so many skilled and dedicated people being let go. These were colleagues who gave so much of themselves, and losing them has left a noticeable gap in both morale and performance. It honestly feels like the company has stopped seeing its employees as people and started treating them like numbers on a spreadsheet. The expectation to work endless hours without fair overtime or recognition has become the norm, and it’s exhausting. People are burning out because they feel unseen and unappreciated. On top of that, the technology we rely on breaks down constantly, making our jobs even harder and more frustrating.
