Pros
I've worked in toxic work environments before so it's really great to work for a company that makes company culture such a high priority. Lots of great people who have fun but get stuff done. It's very much like working for a start-up but without the risks.
Cons
It's a growing company so there isn't always structure to things. But it gives us a chance to create that structure and impact the company. So if you are used to a very structured / corporate environment, there may be an adjustment period.
