Pros
Great company, benefits, salary. Working on Defense contracts can be demanding - especially if you are really good at what you do. You may be expected to do more without making more. Know your worth and ask for it if you feel necessary. The company is committed to retaining great employees.
Cons
Strong disconnect between customer (government client) and CPS. At the holiday party, no one really knew one another. It was awkward.
