      Pros

      The working environment at CPS is the best I've ever experienced. Everyone in the team supports and respects each other, no matter the level of seniority. There are also genuine opportunities for progression for everyone in the business. The management is open and transparent, and always open to new ideas. It's a really exciting time to be a part of Team CPS. The work/life balance here is fantastic, finishing at 1 p.m. every Friday makes the weekend feel so much longer. The City Centre location is great too!

      - City location - Friendly Team - Implemented a solid benefit scheme - Employee engagement surveys - Half day Fridays

      Cons

      - Disconnect between management and board -Low salaries not inline with market conditions - Minimal growth opportunities within the business - Felt there was a lack of trust throughout the business from the top down - 1 day wfh - Monthly wrap sessions were usually doom and gloom despite company preforming well
