      Pros

      The Two Owners of CPS Group show real passion and are 110% committed to every single member of staff. The resources that are available to make sure you can do your job successfully are second to none. The office environment is great and have excellent facilities for everyone to use. A great place to work and its been proven by the endless awards CPS keep winning

      In all honesty... none I can't fault anything I have seen or experienced at CPS Group

      - City location - Friendly Team - Implemented a solid benefit scheme - Employee engagement surveys - Half day Fridays

      Cons

      - Disconnect between management and board -Low salaries not inline with market conditions - Minimal growth opportunities within the business - Felt there was a lack of trust throughout the business from the top down - 1 day wfh - Monthly wrap sessions were usually doom and gloom despite company preforming well
