      Pros

      Working for CPS gives you a lot of experience because as a Clerk you are expected to cross train and know how to do more than just your work responsibilities.

      Cons

      The downsize is the pay. You are expected to take on more than just the job you were hired for but you are not compensated for the extra responsibility.

      Pros

      You get a chance to help students learn, winter, spring and summer breaks to spend with family, and really good benefits.

      Cons

      It can be challenging work between balancing the paper work, parents, administration, the demands from society, dealing with outside factors that students are faced with and then your own life.
