I've had an excellent experience with this company from start to finish. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to quality really stood out. Communication was smooth throughout the entire process, and the team went above and beyond to ensure everything was delivered on time and exceeded expectations.
Cons
While I appreciated the opportunity to work with this company, the workload quickly became overwhelming and unsustainable. Expectations were often unrealistic, with tight deadlines and minimal support. There was little regard for work-life balance, and the constant pressure made it difficult to maintain quality or motivation. I believe a more structured approach to task management and a better understanding of team capacity would go a long way in improving the overall working environment. I hope they take this feedback constructively and work on improving their service and follow-through.
