Pros

Hybrid work model allows working from home. 3 days office. 2 days home.

Cons

- Overworked, underpaid. You will end up doing things you haven't signed up for. You will end up filling in gaps and holes created by other's inefficiency. At first, you will just do it anyway. Afterwards, you will start to ask yourself why and question what you are doing. - Poor management, sounds good. Looks good, in fact not. Love to over promise clients and under deliver. The toil and tax will be on the staff at later stage. - Those who have eyes, will see and will take action to leave soon. Only slackers or people with special treatment will continue staying and park themselves there.

Pros

Working flexibility, Wowk from Home Remotely

Cons

I was impacted by the massive layoff for 40% of the Company Staff on Dec 2025. The company lost its largest client and decided to cut us off. The compensation is also very limited. Micro Management, Company financial not doing well. 40% layoff on 2025
