lots of fun and there is a ton to learn, the people in this franchise are amazing and the kind of work we do is just generally very engaging
Cons
Upper management is difficult to work with if we need anything for the store it is really difficult to get it. the kind of work we do is severely under paid and the pay that I have is only because I was given an offer from a competing company.
