Pros

Best training in the industry by far, as long as your owner cares. For every great owner that is engaged there are ones that leave the system on autopilot.

Cons

Pay is completely based on your owner. As someone who had a decent owner, do not expect to make much over 15 an hour. After five years and one raise to 16 an hour, with constant talk of "eventual partnerships". It's easy to get strung along.

Franchises themselves can be fine when they aren’t operated by greedy owners

Cons

Franchise standards just don’t ensure employees have any security at all. Buisness goes down? Fire staff. Goes back up? Work staff that stayed more
