      The work itself isnt bad if you're into electronics. I enjoy problem solving and feeling satisfied after a successful repair

      Cons

      Everything else that isnt actual repair work. Dealing with idiot customers with idiotic expectations. Low pay, no breaks Owner has no idea what he's doing barely gives us what we need to do our job.

      Franchises themselves can be fine when they aren’t operated by greedy owners

      Franchise standards just don’t ensure employees have any security at all. Buisness goes down? Fire staff. Goes back up? Work staff that stayed more
