Franchise Operated Means Potentially Terrible Owners - Repair Technician CPR Cellphone Repair Employee Review

Pros

Great opportunity to learn how to fix electronics, depending on the level of repairs offered by each shop. My shop did some higher level repairs than your average repair shop so I was introduced to a decent amount of soldering. Great life skill to have.

Cons

Pay sucks for the level of technical work you're doing. Worked well as a job while in college. Owners of the Sacramento area CPR franchises do not know how to run a business. They constantly belittle employees and allow their incompetent children to be managers which causes lots of issues.

Pros

Franchises themselves can be fine when they aren’t operated by greedy owners

Cons

Franchise standards just don’t ensure employees have any security at all. Buisness goes down? Fire staff. Goes back up? Work staff that stayed more
