Pros
Learn so new skills everyday and so much satisfaction when things so right. You are always on the for front of consumer tech and get to see how things work. Very challenging and also get a high when trying to figure problems out. Also great staff co workers.
Cons
Customers can be very difficult when things go wrong, you need a strong, but cool calm personality, when taking criticism / blame for things that are not your fault when things are not repairable. Also very little staff training and wage is low for the type of work you do.
