      Pros

      There are big projects in which you will be able to learn an apply your knowledge. One thing that I found very interesting is that you will be able to work on different technologies/projects and management will make sure you are trained and ready for it. Since I joined thanks to CPQi I have been certified in multiple topics , the learning process never ends (that is the only way to stay relevant nowadays). Last but not least I am impressed in the way CPQi has managed the coronavirus crisis, thanks to them I feel motivated every morning to start my day as they really care about you and your family.

      Cons

      The company has been improving a lot in the last two years... now it is working with the latest technologies and training all the workforce on this. So , no cons for now.

      Pros

      It gives you opportunity to travel and to acquire valuable experience in the financial market.

      Cons

      HR is very disorganized. Salaries and benefits are not good and they make a huge profit over your work. The company is growing fast and having many problems with organization. If you come from IT market, you're going to be lagged working there, so, if you want to continue developing your IT skills, change to other company or keep getting certifications in your area.

      We have just joined glassdoor and I want to thank you for your review. We are now working on the 2016 plans and will cascade them through the organization in November. I am pleased to tell you that we have a new HR Director on the way in October and a new incentive program is being developed.
