Pros
This growing company has over 100 employees now but its still run like we are all a family. There is no turnover and people are generally happy. You have to work hard and there is never a dull day, but its fun and challenging.
Cons
Property management is a tough job and no one calls you to tell you a happy story of give you a pat on the back. Its on problem after another and everyone seems to hate the landlord.
