Pros
Some people are good at their jobs. Pay is average for positions.
Cons
A culture of "don't give bad news to managers" leads to bad decisions. Major cut to bonuses despite great revenue year and stock price. I guess Exec bonuses are more important than compensating staff per their offers (total compensation included end of year bonuses, don't sign on if you can't live on the base salary, bonuses can't be counted on even if you have great performance) Complete lack of consideration for work/life balance.
