There is rampant bullying that was acknowledged by the manager, yet nothing is done. No training for a position that normally requires 10-12 weeks of training. No regard is given for shifting arrangements that would better suit employees. The schedule is done in 6 week increments and is posted 2 days before the new rotation - good luck if you have prior commitments or you need to arrange child care.
